Great set! My child loved it! Its a little complicated but it is great for kids around the age of 10-13!

At first I thought this kit would be small and missing detail to represent this Star Wars ship. I was wrong! This kit is a very decent size as well there are plenty of details included. I really like that the wings move to form the X and the mechanism to make that happen was easy to assemble. Over all great kit. I will be buying another, and another :) Must re-create the scene for the run on the Death Star!!!

Building it was really fun, and it looks awesome when you’re finished.

I have to admit, I bought this set for myself and love it :-) as a lifelong Lego fan and a Star Wars geek I can say this is an awesome set. I would highly recommend buying the briksmax light kits as well. Enjoy

It amazes me that he had the patience to assemble the X-wing fighter, but he is experienced with Legos, so I was confident in purchasing it. It is cool that it isnt just a model to look at - it can be played with. The wings move and the tiny missiles can be shot. The little people are a great addition.
