Love, love, LOVE our Bissell Crosswave!! Okay....I said it out loud (ha). After years of various cleaning devices/tools...the Crosswave is by far the best. I use it for that deep cleaning before and after company and when more than just the Swiffer wet-jet (which I love too) is needed. It works great on our tile, hardwood, and laminate floors. We have very few area rugs....so theres a lot of ground to cover! This product fits our crosswave ad one I have on subscription, so I always have fresh ones on hand when needed. Know they last a good long time but having fresh ones in queue is a good thing. For theres always one cleaning that just makes you think....I need a new one after this, right?! Youll not be disappointed with the purchase.

The end of the brush that keeps the brush into the machine rusted off on the second use. It still stays in place, but Im not sure that its spinning as efficiently. The parts are definitely made cheaper on this. I havent used the second brush yet, so Im not totally unsold on the knock off brand but Im not completely sold on it yet either. Ill need to update my review.
