29-03-2025Quality feel, responsive and easy to upgrade. I dont play a lot of demanding titles, but this pc preforms well in games like WOW, Minecraft Dungeons, ESO and Genshin. It works nicely for office work and other media consumption as well.

> 3 dayLaptop would not connect to my wifi modem. Other devices work fine with my modem. Customer support was poor at best. My son suggested to purchase a wifi dongle that fits in one of the USB ports. This bypasses the defective wifi card in the laptop and allows me to connect to my modem. I have no other issues with this laptop.
