To say Im displeased is an understatement. I specifically purchased this machine because the technical details indicate it comes with Windows 10. What did I get? .... WINDOWS 11 with no way to revert to Win10.

Its nice, it is much faster, only two complaints. The screen quality is worse than my old one that is 10 years old. The second complaint is my bad, no cd drive lol. Picked one up for 20 bucks and plugged it into the usb.

super hard to set up came with a bunch of issues when it came to drivers

Great laptop for everyday use, good for school, other things too like adobe programs. Havent tried any games yet but Im sure it would handle light games fine. Good deal for the price in my opinion.

Keyboard did not work and certain keys would make screeching noise when pressed

the keyboard after a while stopped working, did all troubleshooting and didnt work at all

My first day/usage impression is that for the money Im satisfied. This replaces a 12 year old laptop. Everything works. I am just a casual senior citizen user. I did buy Open Office for 7.19. J use the spreadsheet once a month.

This laptop does everything I ask, quickly and quietly. I love the keyboard, and I think the solid state drive will last forever.
