> 3 dayI require a laptop & keyboard to communicate because my hands are arthritic. Messaging on my phone or a tablet is very time consuming & difficult. A friend recommended Lenovo.

31-03-2025It felt cheaply made and wasnt worth over $640, it wasnt backlit and because of the sharp edges around the base it was extremely uncomfortable to use...you agreed to a return but I cant afford to pay shipping and would like to ask that you send me a label for outside the package to return?

> 3 dayI got the 17 Ryzen 5 version of this laptop. The speakers are worse than Walmart Onn $10 computer speakers, the display is a washed out TN panel with terrible color accuracy, and the picture for the listing shows a backlit keyboard which is NOT what I received. Casing is plastic which I dont really mind, but its sharp on the sides and flexes to the point where I can click the trackpad from underneath it. If youre planning on using an external mouse/keyboard/speaker/monitor setup with this computer its a good way to go, the internals a fine. As a mobile computing experience though, this is not great.

> 3 dayMainly bought this for online classes and to run data analysis software on it. Works great! Screen is a little on the cheaper side (its one of those screens you have to tilt back to get a decent viewing angle) but its not really a concern for the purpose i use it for. I purchased the 17in model so the screen is large and works great with multiple open windows. Keyboard feels a little weird not much travel to the keys but again not a big concern. Don’t really game on it but I did download a few STEAM games and they worked and ran great. The processor handles them no problem. Mine came with WINDOWS 11 which I have grown to like (great multi-tasking features!) I think it’s a great mid-range laptop that’s great for students and office work. Might be a good choice for casual/amateur gamers that want to get into gaming without paying $1200+ but definitely invest in a keyboard and mouse if you’re trying to be serious about your gaming. Like I mentioned before the built in keyboard is on the cheaper side.
