> 24 hourColor accuracy is really great for a TN, you could almost mistake it for an ips. Gsync doesnt seem to work 100 percent of the time with Freesync. The power cord short, and very thick at the end near the plug. 24 is perfect for 1080p; yes I can see a few pixels in certain games, but for my portable setup its perfect. Ghosting is very minimal, and the response time as nothing short of amazing. For the price you will not find a better panel. Well done LG.

> 24 hourSo far so good!! My son seems to love it. He plays PS4 & chose this monitor for when he gets the PS5. He does have a HDMI cord that was very pricey (IMO at $160) so I’m not sure if that is a factor in the quality of the monitor. I’m no gamer lol.

> 24 hourI got this monitor because I was upgrading my whole setup. I am almost complete with my PC build, so I was using this monitor on my previous computer equipped with a 1050 ti. Regardless of the old 1050 ti, I can still run up to 300 frames on VALORANT, with low settings. The 144hz is so smooth and is a gigantic upgrade from the previous 60hz. The colors are also amazing for a TN panel and the viewing angles are good too. I dont like many of the presets, so I just stick to the FPS preset because it looks the best. It is very easy to navigate through the menu. I was stumped at first, looking where to change the refresh rate. I remembered to go to NVIDIA Control Panel. Dont forget that step guys! I am using HDMI currently, so I cant get 1ms response time, but it is still very fast and responsive. I will be using my newly purchased DP cable when my PC is complete.

> 24 hourNovember 8, 2020 Update: So I bought another monitor to march the one I bought earlier mainly for working at home. Unlike the first time I purchased this, this one seemed like it was a return or refurbished item. Why? Well the packaging wasnt as neat as you can see from the pictures. Though the monitor was secure in the foam pieces, it was not fully covered by the wrapping. Also, the parts were just in the box. The CD wasnt even in a sleeve! The monitor works which is a good thing but I have to wonder how long it will work if this wasnt really new. --- I just started gaming a bit and wanted to use my monitor also for my ps4 so everything was together. The monitor itself is great. I dont have any issues with my game play or color being messed up or dead pixels as of yet. The only gripes I have is that it doesnt automatically detected the video source so I have to constantly switch back and forth between HDMI1 and HDMI2. A hassle but not a deal breaker. I also has a limited amount of plug ins (2 HDMI, 1 DVI, and an audio jack). I really wish it has a couple usb plugs but also not a deal breaker. For the price, I really am happy with monitor.

> 24 hourI had a xfa240 but decided to upgrade(from a xbox perspective) to something that will give me 120 hz. My choices was this, Sceptre E2558B-1658A and Aoc AG241QX. The Aoc was too expensive so it was this or the Sceptra. I chose this one because of a youtube review where a guy said this monitor colors was great looking out the box. I can co sign that statement. This monitor looks beautiful out the box. The only thing i changed was freesync, response time, brightness and i was good to go. This monitor gave me 120 hz on my xbox one x which is what i was looking for. To all the xbox players go head and get you a monitor thats gives 120 hz, its really makes a difference when your playing no matter what the pc geeks say! The crosshairs they provide you are PERFECT. I had a Asus vg245h at one point and couldnt stand their oversized crosshairs but the simple red + sign on this monitor is perfect! The only cons i see about this monitor is you cant save settings, well you can partially. Everytime i turn on my xbox i have to go in settings and enable the crosshair, but what i chose for my freesync and response times stays the same so idk. I wish i could have a user settings option thats keeps everything how i like it. Another con is the port position makes the cables stick out. I had a wall mount that was close to the wall which was fine on the xfa240 but a problem on this monitor. It was a very tight fit for the hdmi cables and impossible for the dvi port. Luckily Microcenter had one with a lil more space from the wall for $10. Also the monitor has no speakers but i knew that before i made the purchase. The creative pebbles is a great addition for $20. Bottom line this was a great purchase for me. I read some reviews from a few years ago where guys said after awhile their monitor screen went all white. Hopefully LG fixed those issues and it doesnt happen to me in the future.....#fingerscrossed

> 24 hourI’ve used this monitor for over a year and a half traveling for my job with it all over the country. Mine has scratches all over the back and has been hit up against walls many times. This thing is a beast. I love it.

> 24 hourPicture quality on this product is HORRIBLE!!! I own a 7-year old LG monitor which’s also a TN monitor and it looks MUCH better than this monitor which is a joke! I bought this expecting it to be a direct upgrade to my old LG monitor, but other than the smooth 144hz the color banding was insane! If you see the image I put that’s literally exactly how bad the banding was while my 7-year old LG monitor has no banding problems and even its cheap VGA to DVI-D adapter which causes screen tearing and lowered its screen quality somewhat still looks better than this one! I’m going to get a refund for this monitor and look into buying a IPS or VA instead of TN as it seems their screen quality dropped down greatly with the years!

> 24 hourI purchased this monitor for my PS4 Pro. I know that the Pro can do 4K, but since most games give you the option of 4K or improved visuals/framerates, I figured I’d go with the latter. I have been beyond impressed at what LG is offering for the price. For only $175, you get a very good TN panel with high refresh rates, great response time, and vivid colors. Honestly, the image quality is so good that at times, I forget I’m looking at 1080p. Being VESA mountable at this price point is a plus as well. This panel unfortunately falls down when viewed at an angle like a lot of TN’s do, but when viewed from straight ahead, delivers a gorgeous picture and is silky smooth. It would be nice if it had HDR, but for the price, this monitor can’t be beat. If you’re looking for a quality gaming monitor for your console or PC gaming, this is a solid choice- highly recommended.
