Lily Sugarn Cream Cotton Cone Yarn, 14 oz, White , 1 Cone

This is the best yarn I have found for knitting dishcloths, and comes at a good price. The colors do tend to fade over time and use, but then dishcloths get hard use and I wash them in hot water.

Very, very stiff cotton and hard to work with. It doesnt even want to come off because it was wound so tightly!

I have never had any problems with Lily Sugar N Cream cotton yarn.

I like having lots of cotton around and the price was good.

It is good for kniting baskets

This Sugar n Cream is not like the 2oz. Skeins.

Its not the highest quality cotton but to make washcloths and such, its perfect. Use it a lot. I mean why just watch a movie if you can watch a movie AND make a dishtowel or baby washcloth? I know. Multitasking can go too far!

I have been using this white cotton yarn to knit hundreds of dish clothes that family and friends cannot get enough of. It keeps its shape, does not hold odors, and can be heavily bleached or cleaned in dishwasher without a problem. It is also much easier to use and is much more absorbent than acrylic or polyester dishcloths. Yarn is easy to work with and I use size 9 needles....perfect!

Making summer tops & this is much better than having to buy a bunch of little ones
