I got used to using acrylic nail files on my nails years ago when I went to beauty school. They do the job so much more efficiently than emery boards. The only problem is that acrylic nail files with different grits on each side are hard to find. And GOOD files with 2 grits are even harder to find. These fit that bill perfectly. They’re thick and durable. It says on each one that they’re washable and disinfectable. And the best part is, you can wash them to remove accumulated dust from either natural nails or acrylic buildup!

These are hands-down my absolute favorite nail files! For some reason I thought each color would be a different grit, but they’re all the same (100 on one side, 180 on the other). Doesn’t matter, these are perfect for filing nails down, creating a rough surface, or for finishing and perfecting edges. They’re just like the “nice files” I’ve seen used at salons. I love the shape because it fits perfectly in my hand and has an ergonomic feel. Very durable and worth every penny! This is a great deal for 6 salon quality files (~ $2.16 each). I have been in nail school for a month and a half now and have been using these for filing and shaping nails in class and they work great! I love the fun and different colors as well as the different grit on both sides. These work great for shaping and buffing! Highly recommend!

I got these nail files to use on both my acrylic and natural nails. Each file, regardless of the color is the same 100/180 grit. The 100 grit is very rough and I would only try this on acrylic nails, while the 180 is less rough, and might be ok for some to use on their natural nails. The shape is comfortable to hold with its curved edge and filing large or small areas is easy. I do wish they would have labeled which side was which, but after I feel them both, I can usually figure it out. I definitely recommend these for anyone who does their own acrylic nails, and if your natural nails can handle 180 grit.

I use nail files so much and I normally buy packs that include of more items but I was interested to try this one. This set includes of totally 10 pieces of curved nail files that you can use both sides. One side is 100 and the other one is 180 which are the most common hardness for nail files. The quality is pretty good and they work very well but if you use them on acrylic nails without using any nail drills, they wont last so long.

These nail files are a great size and shape. 100 and 150 grit. They are great for taking the top coat to make soaking easier. I wish the pack also came with a higher grit file to really smooth the edges of my nails.

I ordered this set of nail files to use on my natural nails. They arrived in good condition in plastic wrapping. Each file comes in a different color border. I tried a set of other similar nail files on here from a different brand, and I like this set better. Although smaller, these files feel more sturdy, which I think contributes to more control over how you file your nails. It helps you not bend your natural nails the least bit possible so as to prevent damage. There are two different grits, one on each side of each file. Price seems to be about the same or a little higher than similar sets. I think the quality of these reflects that.

I dont use Acrylic Nails but I do wear gel Nail Polish. This Nail filer helped remove the top coat in order for me to dunk my nails into acetone to remove the Polish

This pack of 10 deluxe Japanese professional nail files will definitely help you in your acrylic nail sanding. They could also be used for small crafts to get into smaller areas. I like how each of them is flexible yet very durable. I have used similar nail files and these have a strong core which means they are more sturdy. I also like that they are washable and you can disinfect them, too. Another nice thing is that it has two grits on each. 100 and 180. The 100 grit is supposed to be for hard and artificial nails where the 180 is smoother and is better for the nail edge. However, when I have tried these on my normal nails they do not seemed to give a smooth surface. I would only advise these for artificial nails only. When I use it for my regular nails it left small jagged areas and unfortunately my nails tore afterwards. I also wish they would mark which side is the 100 and which is the 180 to makes work easier and faster.
