Greater than one weekWhat can I say? We all played fox - and as a virtual console title hes iconic for the N64 experience Fox is best known for. That alone made me get his Amiibo - and the same with every other one Ive decided to pick up. Certain characters whether or not I use them in smash I have to have these figurines for. Not to mention the fact that Nintendo has confirmed a New Star Fox after rumors that it was merely a rumor. Fox will be coming back in the way we love him. Ill bet my bottom dollar that his Amiibo will include functionality to extend the joy this title promises to bring according to Nintendo. Side Tip for Fox nerds: Star Fox Assault for GameCube - a very rare title to pick up these days and one that flew under the radar - is the best Star Fox game since N64. It returned to star foxs roots and away from what most people could not stand about Star Fox Adventures. Ill never sell my copy of it - but find one if its news to you!

Greater than one weekI am a big fan of Super Smash Bros; I am just collecting the Amibos. The figurine came in perfect condition. * If you are collecting them: Beware that there are three (3) versions: US, Europe, and Japanese. US is a little behind that the other two regions. I purchased Ike thinking it was a US. I am not disappointed, but just keep that in mind. Look closely when you are purchasing through Amazon.

09-04-2025As a Zelda fan and someone who mains Link in Smash Bros. I find this amiibo to be a bit of a disappointment. The first thing is Links pose. His head is tilted downwards making it impossible to see his face unless he is above eye level. The yellow stand is also glaring and an eyesore. The earlier amiibo figures clearly show Nintendo were still trying to figure out toys to life. While I can get the idea behind capturing their Smash poses? It just seems a bit lazy for Nintendo who makes some finely crafted games. Compare this amiibo to the Splatoon amiibos and you see a night and day difference.
