We love Liquid IV for electrolytes. We drink them any time we have a headache or have been working outside in the heat. Very beneficial. My husband loves this grape flavor.

I love this product daily, to keep my hydration at peak levels, and especially after drinking alcohol, working out or something else that would deplete the hyrdation.

I work in a very hot warehouse for 10 hour + shifts. I use Liquid I.V. rather than the yucky stuff they have available. I use the strawberry, but have been waiting for the grape. It has not disappointed. Wish all of them were a little cheaper. Otherwise it would be a 5 star.

It fills you full of good minerals and fluids all while sucking your money out of your pocket. My favorite flavor is still the lemon/lime. My daughter uses these due to her health issues and I really should consider buying stock in this company as much as I have to purchase it.

IMO these taste great, and they were a huge help to me in abating fatigue when traveling, but I was shocked by the amount of added sugar in each packet.

These are my favorite water adds. Grape is super yummy, also golden cherry. Actually they all taste good. I use 1/3 of the packet at a time, I like it watered down a bit. I have so many people buying them after trying mine

The product works very well.

The absolute best thing for staying hydrated. My husband works outside year round & uses these in the summer to avoid heat exhaustion. Also great to use if you have a kidney stone & need to hydrate a ton to help push the stone out.
