> 24 hourI liked that it was easy to mix and I couldn’t carry the individual packets in my purse and just mix it in a bottle of water!

> 24 hourI have never tried these before but got them for Coachella. They were a life saver! The taste is whatever but they really help if you feel dehydrated. Would definitely recommend for long days outside.

> 24 hourSo I have tried the Liquid IV and another brand. Liquid IV has B vitamins which I love. The other brands have not, The B vitamins give a slight boost of energy and this hydration drink tastes much better than others I have tried. It doesn’t taste overly sweet. I will put it in a shaker mixing bottle and shake it to mix the powder in and then add a little ice. It is a refreshing drink that helps me reach my hydration/water intake goals for the day! I recommend it because it doesn’t have some of the added things that other similar products do that will give a sugar rush or cause stomach upset.

> 24 hourIf these had half the sugar it would be a perfect product. As it is it really helps me absorb water and feel hydrated first thing in the morning!

> 24 hourI have to admit that this product has stopped the morning cramping in my calves and feet. It’s just that this product isn’t for everyone because there’s 500mgs of salt in each packet. It’s not something that I can drink everyday and that’s a lot of salt for anyone. It’s just 40mg short of a 6 piece chicken nugget from the “Golden Arches” without any sauce on them. I bought these with the intention for both my husband and myself to use as he has not been drinking enough water and I have had leg cramps in the mornings. He’s on a low sodium intake diet and is limited to around 2,000mg a day, so I haven’t been giving this product to him as it would be 1/4 of his daily salt intake. I guess the sodium in combination with the potassium is why these have stopped my legs from cramping first thing every morning. It’s just a natural instinct to stretch out when you wake up and I have been having issues with my calves cramping immediately and I have to get out of the bed to stop the cramping. I have only used this myself every 3 to 4 days since purchasing this item. That’s about when my legs start to cramp up in the morning or if I try to sit on the floor and rise up on my knees with my legs behind me in the daytime. Better nutrition would probably be more beneficial and help me as I take a medication that’s prone to make me become dehydrated. It’s rare that I don’t have a bottle of water with me everywhere I go. I have tried just potassium supplements and they help, but you have to be careful with them as well. To much potassium will land you in the ER. My leg cramps have stopped and then they get a little worse each day after I drink this product. Anyone who’s on a restricted salt intake should be aware of how much sodium each packet has in it, or they will have issues with retaining fluids or possible renal issues. It works, but it’s definitely not for everyone. If this didn’t have the large amount of sodium, then it would definitely be a 5 star rating, but I guess the sodium level is what makes it work properly.
