So, I’m definitely always dehydrated and I never drink as much water as I should. We also stopped drinking caffeine so, we’re constantly tired and someone had recommended these to us. The first time I tried one, I actually felt way better! Seemed to give me a little energy and a clearer head. I just overall felt better. I saw some complaints about the taste, which I had no problem with whatsoever. I think it tastes pretty good actually. So, whenever I’m not feeling so hot or just feel I need some extra hydration, I’ll grab one of these.

Always hits the spot while hungover or dehydrated. Great energy booster. Pedialyte and Gatorade does not come close to the results of how liquid IV makes me feel. Passion fruit and Lemon Lime are my favorite flavors.

The flavor isnt too bad. Its definitely on par with the flavors of energy or sports drink. Liquid I.V. is perfect on days when Ive forgotten to drink enough water or Im feeling particularly dehydrated. These are single-serving packets so if youre traveling you can just grab a few from the pack and use them when you need them.

Look, I know that theres a thousand different thoughts on what is & isnt a good hydration drink. Some want it for hydration/electrolyte for workouts/hiking, some want it for electrolytes/energy for workouts/sports, some want it even for curing hangovers... Truth is, its the same thing, no matter who makes it or what you use it for! Yes, you can get specialized formulas for anything, but the basic ingredients are all really the same, just in different formats. Some meant for one thing, some for another, some just general supplement. For me personally, I use it for hiking/hunting. Its not an immediate fix, certainly no cure for anything at all; but a supplement for my diet and exercise that helps me get through some tough times. I hike some really rugged country & I know my body uses lots of stored energy of various kinds. Ive been in that situation where heat exhaustion or simple depletion has taken you to the brink of complete failure, laying on a ridge with nothing ahead of you, unable to even drink water without throwing it up... trust me, Ive been to the REAL END of things a time or two. I put one of these (sometimes two) in by camelpak and I dont look back again. Ive never had those problems again since I started doing it, and therefore I can swear by it. This wont give you energy, this wont make you stronger, this wont make you better in any way! What this does is keep you from falling on your face & dying because you got in over your head & didnt bring the proper nutrition with you for your body to live on until you found the right way to do it. End of the day, all these kinds of drink mixes are a quick-fix, meant to help & support, and they do. Of all the ones Ive tried, this one is pretty damned good. It tastes good, makes me feel good, it shipped out fast, I use it lots... BUT I know what it is, and so should you!

I used to get really bad hangover migraines. After a night out I’ll drink one of these and my hangover is very very mild if I even have one. Sometimes I’ll drink another the morning after if I really went for it the night before and it works like a charm.

Definitely passion fruity/strawberryish. Good but there are better flavors. Lemon/Lime is still my favorite and I’ve tried a bunch.

My husband asked an ED doctor what he can do to keep me from dehydrated every day. The hospital is 1 hour away and the ambulances were getting extremely expensive. The trick is get your favorite flavor, mine is: Passion Fruit.
