It tastes great and its hydrating. A bit pricy and if you are trying it for the first time I recommend to give it a try, tastes weird at first but after you get used to it its very addicting. As far as ingredients go there are healthier alternatives.

Flavor isnt as pure as i thought it might be, but overall I feel refreshed after drinking a bottle of water with the Liquid IV infused, and it lasts all day.
