Greater than one weekI ordered newborn and preemie because of reviews saying it runs big. In the picture I posted the newborn size next to a newborn size from target and the right is the preemie size next to a preemie size from target. Hope this helps. I would definitely say the preemie size runs a little big and might fit a small newborn.

It will keep your little one warm. The little hat was a ruffled edge also. The ivory back ground helps to make the little pick roses stand out. It is very old fashion looking. If they had been lucky enough to have had a little outfit like this way back when!!!
