Little Tikes Rocking Horse Magenta Small

This toy is cute and fun, etc., but Im writing to let you all know that you need to either use a knife or get some sandpaper to remove the BLADE LIKE crest of plastic that occurs where the two sides of the toy were melded together - which unfortunately is right on the horses mane, where your kid will hit his or her face if they lose balance. It is astonishing to me that this product is sold with this huge safety hazard. I would have thought there would be enough lawsuits by now that it would be fixed. That said, it is easy for parents to fix and my kids seem to love the toy.

I got this for my niece for her 1st birthday. She loved it! She wasn’t sure what it was at first, so we had to sit her on it, and rock it for her. She quickly got the idea of it. Her face lit up and she began giggling and attempting to rock it herself. She is barely learning to walk, and needs to grow a tad more to fully be able to rock it herself, so she will need help on it for now; I’m sure after a month or so, she’ll be able to climb right on and off it herself. Most other rocking horse designs I found were elevated from the ground and designed for older toddlers. This one is perfect for 1-3 year old. Safe and stable. Good buy, good price.

My twin grand babies love this rocking horse! They love to rock and rock but also tend to stand on the seat and smile real big. They are proud of themselves. It is perfect for a one yr old.

I bought this for my 2yr old as a birthday gift. She loves it and hasn’t got off it yet. Love how it’s low to the ground and there aren’t any fears of it breaking. Original ship day was 10/12 but arrived two weeks early. Only issues is the box was already open when I pulled up to my house.

We absolutely LOVE this horse. She was intimidated at first and only put stuffed animals atop to ride solo, but gradually became confident enough that within a couple months she was fully enjoying its potential. Now shes a rocking horse aficionado and after five months of daily play, my 19 months old granddaughter certainly wouldnt feel her playroom to be sufficient without it. For one small reason, I cannot give five stars. There was a manufacturing defect that we thankfully noticed right away. Excess plastic formed on each handlebar which was actually quite sharp to the touch. We were able to cut this away with ease using a sharp knife. However, this being a childs toy only amplifies such a negligence. I hope this was just a rare case because otherwise, we couldnt be more happy with this product. What a great buy!

My just-turned-2 grandson loves this! He can rock really high for a thrill without turning it over. He can stand behind the seat and still hold on to the handles and get a thrill that way, too. Good price. Easy to clean and can stay inside OR outside in the weather. Win-win.

I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my one year old cousin after I learned she liked kiddie rocking chairs. When it arrived, the box was extremely damaged in one corner, but when it was opened at Christmas, the horse had no damage done to it. It’s very sturdy, well made. My little cousin absolutely adores this, and apparently her older siblings sit on it for fun every now then. Other than the damaged box, I can’t complain about this rocking horse.

Gave this to my 1 year old granddaughter for her birthday. She loves it!….I’m very pleased as well. It’s lightweight yet sturdy. Definitely a good purchase.
