I bought these based on their claim of holding 30 lbs because I need them to support some fairly heavy pots and pans that I have hanging on the side of my refrigerator. I just bought a new frying pan and went to hang it up. Good thing I didnt let go or it would have crashed to the floor. These hooks WILL NOT even hold up 5 lbs let alone 30 lbs. I had to take one of my old hooks that work for my new pan and I used this one to hold the LID of a sauce pan. If all you want is to hang a utensil or a pot holder, get these, otherwise DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Well made hold more than I thought putting them to good use hanging tolls in and on toolbox

Use these on my pit boss grill to hold utensils. After leaving the grill outside for one night in the rain, they rusted up. I might suggest buying painted ones instead
