This bag is the perfect size for a carry-on, it fit nicely in the overhead compartment on the plane. It does scuff pretty easily but I think most hard cases will. My earlier review said that the lock code could not be changed because of a missing tool but after receiving a few emails from the company I was guided as to how to properly change the lock code (which was unclear in the instructions and it seems other customers have been confused about this as well). The small square to the right of the number dials can be pressed in with a paperclip to set a new code.

It is very light and moves very easy. Best luggage I’ve ever had.

I paid almost $100.00 for this hand luggage,because I like the appearance, I am 64yrs and I did not expect all this problem with the handle, it wont come up, so I had to lift the luggage throughout the airport and the hotel, my family Laughing at me because they had cheap luggage and had no problem, I need to contact customer service.

So this was the ONLY bag I could find that was close to what most airlines require these days. The measurements for the carryon they give in the description are 21 x 8.5 x 15 inches. Most airlines now require no larger than 22x9x14. So the 15 inch dimension was the only issue I could have run into. But after hours of searching, this bag came the closest without paying almost 200 bucks.

Like the style and color....took it on a week trip...works well
