Luggage Wheel Set - 76x24mm Wheel Size

I used these to replace the wheels on a Travelpro 20 Flightcrew7 rollaboard that disintegrated during a recent trip (one fell apart at the beginning, the other at the end of the trip). Knocked one star off for a strange fibrous residue that coated the wheels and took a while to wipe off, and the fact the the bearings labeled ABEC-7 were not particularly free spinning out of the box (but theyll hopefully loosen up with some wear). The wheels came with an 8mm axle and nylon bushings to use the existing 6mm Travelpro axle, which is the only option for me because that was the only axle that would fit the cutouts in the plastic wheel housing and because the bushings provide the few mm of additional spacing for the wheel to fit without side-to-side play in the housings (wheels are 24mm wide, Travelpro housings are 26-27mm wide). Getting the locktite-secured screws out of the old axle took some work, but once that was done it was an easy wheel swap that took five minutes. As far as I know these 76mm wheels will fit most Travelpro rollaboard bags (measure your current wheels to be sure) but you will need to retain the bags existing 6mm axles and use those with the nylon bushings/spacers.

They fit my Travelpro Crew 9 bag perfectly and my bag rolls smoothly now. Im a flight attendant and had to use my Travelpro rolling tote for a four day trip while I waited for my wheels to ship. I didnt think I would be able to downsize but I did. My wheels arrived before the estimated date and they were easy to install. These wheels definitely beat having to purchase another a bag.

I have an old Costco Kirkland 27 inch Expandable Upright Carry-On from about the year 2000. The wheels are held in with rivets, not screws. After drilling out the old rivets I found that these replacements are not compatible with my suitcase. Mine have much longer mounting shafts with a thick collar built into the wheel. Even getting a collar from the hardware store wont work, this collar needs to be attached to the bearing shaft of the wheel. Otherwise this is a good quality wheel replacement. Disappointed I have to junk an otherwise still excellent suitcase thats no longer made.

These wheels are better quality than the broken ones that they replaced. Make sure you measure the ones you have in terms of width and diameter. The only thing keeping them from a 5 start rating is that the axle size was not listed and they should come with several different length axles to accommodate the variations among different brands of luggage.

Worked well but I had to use the axles from the old wheels. The bolts that came with these wheels were too wide to fit into the luggages wheel wells. If you use the old axels, I recommend a small amount of silicon grease on the axels before installing.

These fit my travelpro crew bag, but the hardware included wasnt useful. I just had to rework the existing axles. Much better than sending it in for service.

Excellent product that saved my favorite piece of luggage.

Its been a while since Ive ordered this but I have used my suitcase many times and these roll extremely well. I cant remember all the details on the part numbers and maybe some other reviewers can share that. I do remember saving a substantial amount of money doing this myself versus a luggage repair shop.

Victorinox wheel has an extension which plugs into a female socket in the luggage housing. Could not get these to fit, so I returned them. Have exhaustively tried, and failed, to obtain wheels that fit. These are beautiful wheels. Am about to reorder them and engineer the necessary modifications. Addendum: Got these again. Popped bearings out and inserted custom Victorinox bearings from old wheels. Needed custom old bearing on inner side of new wheel. Required one new slightly longer right handed 6mm machine screw. Fit and result perfect. Be aware that opposite wheels have different threads: One right handed and the other left. Love this suitcase which has been through a lot, but because of lack of product support will not buy another Victorinox product.

Fit perfectly and seem to be better quality than the original wheels. Gave new life to a dead suitcase.
