Lykus Titan MA200 Hard Case for DJI Mavic Air 2S / Mavic Air 2 Fly More Combo [CASE ONLY]

I bough this to transport my drone whilst undertaking a round Australia motorcycle ride coming up in April 2022. My key criteria were robustness (protection of the drone in the event of an off), water protection and finally, compactness (Space is at a premium on a packed 110cc Honda Postie bike). This definitely satisfies all of my criteria. Really happy with it. Ill report back after my ride concludes later in the year.

Bought this one and the B&W 3000 for my Air 2S with this one being somewhat cheaper. It stores all the equipment but and looks fine, even though not as robust and well made as the B&W. My main problem is and was, that it smells horrible. You can literally smell the cheap plastic used in it

I was searching for a case that allowed me to store the controller without having to unscrew the mini joysticks, or have the lid smash them down. This case does a perfect job of that. Its two stage latches are also very unique and secure from accidental openings due to rough handling.

The Lykus case is great. I just received it today and it is great. Everything fits in the case the way it should. I would buy this case again.

Everything fits quite nicely. It is sturdy. Opens and closes smoothly. The clasps are secure and have a press-pull action to open so I’m not worried about them opening unexpectedly.

I received this case today for my Mavic Air 2 and everything fit perfectly as expected. I really like the two stage latches and the full length hinge as well. The foam is very dense and protective. Like many others have said, I preferred having the controller slide in rather than lay in. This way, the control sticks can remain installed. I really dont want to keep wearing the threads out with constantly removing and installing the sticks. All in all, its a great value for the money.

Cons: The main charger goes under the drone. There is nothing to stop impact with the drone bottom if the case is dropped bottom down. It also requires bending the charger wire pretty severely to get it to fit. i might make some modifications. Difficult to get the drone and controller out of their pockets. My wife gave me some fabric ribbon and i used it to fashion pulls that simply go around the items. To remove them simply pull up on the ribbon.
