I have had this product since September. When I was unplugging it today, it just shattered! Weird!

Always replacing these duck heads. This is the 3rd time I have purchased these. Every time the dog or someone knocks into the transformer, these duck heads bust.

The item stopped working after 30 days! I had to replace it with an APPLE product to make sure it worked
