Seems too easy to accidentally turn on since on button is so sensitive. Seemed it would take a delay to change brightless but maybe needs charging. Which brings me to my adventure. Used both a charging USB port on laptop USB powered extension and a wall plug at 5v and plenty of amps. But no blue light. OK where is the blue light suppose to be? I assume the tiny hole by the USB port. Or does the button turn blue was one of the pictures seems to show. I posted in the Q&A the question of where is the blue light suppose to be? Then I tried a different USB cable vs the one supplied and walla! Very bright blue light by the charging port! Switched back and forth between cables a few times to be sure. Confirmed the supplied USB cord is bad. Now brilliant blue charging lights up a huge area. Deleted my Where is blue light supposed to be question. Otherwise even when not fully recharged the LED lighting is great and reasonable magnification

I bought this for a friend who has macular (sp) Degeneration… she loves it. She already has one but it takes a ton of batteries for her. So i purchased this because it’s rechargeable.

My eyes keep getting weaker and the print keeps getting smaller! This works! Better than most!

I needed a bright light to go with magnification and now I can easily see my project AND it works great for seeing splinters.
