Its a Makita. What can I say? I now buy Makita battery operated tools exclusively so I only have one type of battery to deal with. Makes it simple. The nice part is I dont have to hold a flashlight in my mouth any more!

Im an HVAC technician that prefers the Makita line up after seeing how durable the drills are. I was hoping for the case to be the same with this work light and for the first few months it performed flawlessly. Attics and Crawlspaces, this thing saw it all and although It held up through all that it failed within the internal switch mechanism. Like another reviewer mentioned, the switch is hard wired in making it a less than ideal part to service. It started shutting off randomly after 10 or so minutes and got worse and worse until it flashes the LEDs for less than a second then turns off. Although I love this style of light, this price is too expensive for a product that failed within a year.

I love my Makita 18v battery tools. Good LED Light I use for light construction work. Lights up 10’x10’ rooms with ease.

Very good one. Other than the high price which all Makita are this is very good for my small jobs. The light direction can be adjusted to any position. Hanging or putting on the floor as you like. It serves very well.

This a nice, high quality accessory for the Makita Lithium Ion battery system. It makes a big flood of light, of reasonably intensity.
