I use this wire for all kinds of purposes, but I rely on it to secure all of my mooring shackles. This feels like a thicker diameter wire than my last batch, but I checked both labels and its the same. You may think its costly if you dont use it in the intended professional application, but you will soon forget what you paid. My last spool of safety wire lasted over 5 years. Its always there, and always there when you need it.

Works great. Made is USA. Use it for safety wire and as hose clamps. Very strong does not break when you bend or twist it.

This wire is used for locking hardware on aircraft. The dispenser is especially nice, since if the wire end accidentally goes back in the container, it is easy to unscrew the top to retrieve it. I would purchase this item again from the seller.
