Super grippy rubber pad. Standard 1/4 threaded hub with a wing style screw head so you can grab it and turn it easily. Holds solid in Manfrotto tripod.

This is the same quick release plate that came with the Manfrotto MK290LTA3-BHUS 290 tripod I recently bought. And, since I switch between my film camera and my digital camera on photo shoots, it helps to have a quick release plate for each camera. Ill probably buy a couple of more just to have as spares and for cameras I may buy in the future.

This polymer plate works perfectly with the XPRO, better than the metal version. Im no materials scientist, but if I were to guess, the matching chemical structures of the polymer plate and the polymer composition of the XPRO agree with each other. The metal plate always seemed a little fidgety which is why I purchased the polymer version.

Came in Manfrotto original packaging and works as it is supposed to with my Manfrotto compact advanced light tripod.

Works great on my Manfrotto tripod.

going to need some work with dremel to get to fit right but are light weight. Wish I had stuck with metal ones.
