Product arrived on time and looks good. Only thing I would have prefered would have been some instructions for how to set up and maintain the water bag. This is my first one so have to go online. Not bad just an extra step that instructions would have helped.

The quality exceeded my expectations. It’s a large hydration pack with additional pockets for storage, plenty of support straps with back padding, and the mole system is a bonus to add more gear. Perfect for my upcoming three day hiking trip in the canyons. Highly recommended!

I am very, very picky when it comes to gear where there can be no compromise since it involves life safety. The soaring cost of Camelbaks made me try this water system out and I have been genuinely impressed. The outer carrier is solid built, rugged and dependable and has held up very well for the 8 months Ive used it. The inner bladder is tough and Ive never had an issue with leaks, wear or cracking. A bit of a plastic taste still despite multiple washings. The carriers pouches are big enough to easily store bug juice, IFAK, food and all the other things needed for a safe hike. I have no significant negative comments or issues with the system and would happily buy it again.

Nice hydration pack - limited extra storage, but close fitting and large capacity. Unfortunately mine came without a bit valve, making it useless to me - sending it back! ...update from several weeks later - soon after processing the return I got a message from the seller apologizing for the missing piece, and offering to send me a replacement. The new one arrived today, with all parts accounted for. Great customer service! Upgraded to 5 stars. Thanks guys!

My purchase of this bag was due to it’s affordability and it’s size. MARCHWAY provides an overall great product. Their customer service is better too. On getting my first bladder it leaked. However, MARCHWAY made sure to replace the bladder so I could have a great customer experience. As a result, the second bladder worked great. The only thing I changed was the valve that distributes the water. Otherwise, the water stores great in there, even after a few weeks. As for the backpack. I love it! I can fit my shoe spikes, energy bars, phone, keys, and a lifestraw all in the bags provided. If I need additional room, the bag has the molly system to add further attachments. The only thing I wish the bag would do better with is how snug the bladder fits into the bag. However, once the bag is on for a hike, you don’t notice it as the bag gives a comfortable fit. With my back problems I’m particular and this bag fits well.

this product suits my needs for hiking and will be using this for work. Pockets are good size for keys, wallet, some bar snacks, sunglass case, and maybe a flashlight. came in some awesome packaging that I kept for my bugout bag. lol. the straps fit me and Im 6 foot 2, 310lbs

Have taken this pack hiking and camping. In one setting it was about 80 degrees out on a lake and the other, hiking in Death Valley near the end of Winter and beginning of Spring. It kept the water nice and cool both times! Definitely wash out the bladder a couple times before use, because I did not and the water tasted a little like plastic. After washing again, the water taste as fresh as whatever kind you put in. The bladder I got with this pack was 3L, so just shy of a gallon. No issue there unless you need more water to take with you. It’s pretty lightweight even when it’s full. The material has held up through hiking, camping, and even a puppy mistaking it for a chew toy. It also has a velcro area in case you want to add a patch or something.
