great movie, the non-directors cut was better imho

This is a wonderful movie. I ordered it and then asked my 15 year old grand daughter if she wanted to watch a movie with me. She loved Rocky’s spirit and attitude. The ending brought on many emotions that we needed to get out and discuss.

I am more of a Bruce fan than Seger, but Seger is as integral to this movie as Rocky Dennis. Sorry. Had to be said. This is theft of peoples memories, and truly baffling that this would be repackaged after all these years. I cant even find the real version. What a tragedy.

Must see the story about a teenager in high school trying to keep a positive attitude and uplifting spirit considering

Sam Elliot & Cher had wonderful chemistry in this movie - it is an extremely touching story which was very well written for the screen and beautifully acted - even after all these years I get a bit teary watching it

I upgraded my husbands VHS to DVD and this is one of the movies. This is an oldie but it is good and the acting is good. Cher does a believable job as the mom and Sam Shepherd as always is captivating and understated in his performance.

Havent opened yet but I love the film, Ive had film from here and Ive always been happy thanks again
