Nice product, easy to install, just loosen the clips with a small flathead screw and snap them in to place. I closed and opened my hood and I have to admit, once you unlock the latch the hood raises by itself. Could be wrong but I don’t remember the original doing that. So I guess the only other thing to do is see how it handles in time. For now! 5*s all the way!!

Was too long & wasn’t the right size rod diameter for my 2006 H3!!

I had to take the ends off the rod side of the old hood struts and put them on the new struts. The new rod end is not correct and wont lock onto the ball down on the fender.

Works as it should. Much cheaper than our local auto store which was double.
