These hood struts fit my 1994 Land Cruiser perfectly. They were easy to install and the work great so far. If you have the stock OEM hood struts on your Land Cruiser then these will look a bit different. But they work perfectly and function the same. I didnt rate for longevity because I installed them today – and I dont know how long theyll last. If I have any problems with them Ill come back and edit this review.

Works great I messed up and thought it didn’t turn positions but turns out it was just a bit to turn it to make it work. Holds up great!!

I kept ignoring my weak hood struts. Then finally they gave up and I had to replace. I bought these for my 97 80 series before and so came back for another set for my 92. So nice to have a hood that doesnt try to fall on my head.

They fit like a glove ,hood sits flush when closed Was looking for the next best thing from oem and got a few recommendations from other fj80 owners about these. -1991 Toyota Landcruiser 3fe

The fully extended stroke length is too short. Hood does not open as high as the oem hood strut. Making access to the engine bay a bit smaller from the lesser opening.

Easy to install, I replaced a different brand aftermarket struts that lasted 4 years. Let’s see how long these will go.

Really surprised at the quality of these, my originals had failed on my 1992 Toyota Land Cruiser. These went in at about 5 minutes per side, work really well even in a bit of a cold weather snap.

Easy OEM replacement. Good quality parts.
