Greater than one weekMy two-year-old grandson loves this puzzle. The pieces are nicely done, and painted. The puzzle is made of wood. He repeatedly dumps the pieces and puts them in. These pieces also can double as toys by themselves. There is a lot of play value to this puzzle because of this. My grandson will play with it for half an hour at a time. He is not sick of it at all. In fact, if a piece is missing, we have to stop everything to hunt for it. This is a great learning toy, play toy and self-esteem builder. Little ones like that they can figure out easily where the pieces go. This was a winner of a choice for my little guy.

Greater than one weekLove this product! My 20 months old DD, enjoy it so much and learning from it. She even say the names and sounds of the animal while putting them in. So, glad I bought this for her. We also have a different kind of shape puzzle from Melissa and Doug. They’re also awesome

> 3 dayWe really like these puzzles; in fact, we have 3 different themed puzzles! My 18 month old loves to do them, and theyre a great size, shape and thickness for his little hands. My only complain about the product is that I wish they were coated in clear paint or some sort of protectant, as the paint does chip a bit at the edges when my toddler slams them into place. I feel like something designed for children of this age should stand up to toddler abuse. my only other complaint was for the seller: I feel like this puzzle should have been packaged with something other than a poly mailer. Some sort of padding would have been nice. I know its a fairly sturdy wooden puzzle, but still. Anyway, buy several of these in different themes, theyre great!

> 3 dayMy daughter is almost 10 months old and loves to grab everything. Though she is still in the prime of developing her fine motor skills, this puzzle is PERFECT for her size and current abilities. The shapes come up about 0.5-1 inch off of the board, which gives her a great amount of the puzzle piece to grasp with just one hand. Since the pieces are wooden, they provide a nice amount of weight that is not too heavy for her to pick up, but definitely helps her get a better sense of the different weight of things. The board is also wooden, so she likes to clack the animals pieces back down on the board to make noise. I also like that these pieces do not have wooden pegs on them that could potentially be a choking hazard and picking up the different shaped animals also gives her better sensory play. Great quality puzzle for a steal of a price!
