The quality of the puzzles is very good. They are thick enough and the picture is high quality. I like them very much.

Perfect puzzles for a 3 year old. More challenging than a 24 piece, and fun to do with them until they master it and dont need your help. Great colors and sturdy pieces. Perfect for the floor or the kitchen table.

My daughter loves puzzles (4 yrs old) and these are big (but simple enough) for her to do by herself with my supervision. I love Melissa & doug items, wish they had more puzzle designs cause I believe Ive bought them all by now (HAH!)

The only brand of kids floor puzzles to buy are Melissa and Doug. They are durable, and each piece is unique. Some brands have multiple pieces cut the same so that they fit even though they are in the wrong spot. This is the best puzzle brand for kids hands down! For older kids, Buffalo Brand puzzles are the best.

Bought these for friends 3yr old. He loves them, especially the solar system puzzle. Yes he needs help putting them together but he loves helping. He finds the edges and tries to put them together by himself. Highly recommend these if you know a child th as t loves the ocean and the solar system.

Im using this as group contests in the break at school. So loved by the kids.

this is just great for 2 year olds. i bought it for my 2 year olds birthday, and its still the first thing she goes to whenever we come home. so far shes learned a couple of the names, and asks about the others so shell remember those before long too. so far shes gotten the idea of rotating pieces to make them fit, and is beginning to understanding about finding the right place for each piece too. the design is appealing, size is just right for the age group, the piece are strong enough to resist being stood on over carpet (though theyre made of thick, good quality cardboard, not ply, so thered be a limit to that), and its also scientifically accurate within a certain degree of artistic license, planets are basically the right colour and comparative size. its also good that includes some moons, asteroids, nebulae, and a galaxy, promoting further inquisitiveness. l

Both the Underwater and Solar are wonderful! Great picture quality, and pretty sturdy pieces. My 2.5 year old loves the size of the puzzles when complete and I love that the pieces are big I dont have to worry about her eating or losing them. Wish there were more this size of this quality!
