I fled to Orlando today and it was the first time using the carryon when we got to the hotel and was getting the luggage out of the car the handle broke and I could not pull it. I had to carry it up to the hotel room. Im dreading the trip home not being able to pull it behind me

Did not fit under the seat. Great for airport though.

I like the suitcase but one of the zippers were broken in the front so I was unable to store anything in that pocket but other than that it was a good bag for a short trip

Item handle (bent ) was sent defective otherwise was ok !!!

As a CNA I needed a big bag that could hold everything I need and it having wheels definitely helps my back . Love it , cute , and probably wont need all my other bags anymore.

Was SO excited to get this bag to replace a Lug bag that I’d broken on my last trip. Checked out the zippers & seams that others had complained about & they were fine. The extending handle is the issue. Once I finally managed to get it up (involved physically moving each piece, one at a time) then I couldn’t get it down. After fiddling with it got it to retract. Can’t be dealing with that in an airplane aisle. Otherwise the bag design, color & layout are great. Very sad it didn’t work out.
