So happy with this purchase. I was very eager to update my luggage to a hard shell spinner and I am so happy I went with this set. Not only are they lightweight and sturdy but very spacious and easy to maneuver. It comes in a set of 3 which is very convenient for different types of trips. The only thing that disappointed me from the luggage I picked was the light blue color is not as pictured on the site. I picked this one thinking it was gonna be more of a baby blue color but as you see in the picture is more of a light grayish/metalic blue when I received it. I wouldve preferred the baby blue color but this is not bad. Its neutral color for both men and women and matches with any other carry on you decide to bring along so it was a great purchase. And for the price... $95 for 3 suitcases? You wont find a better deal. I went to my local Ross to compare prices and one spinner luggage can cost you $79 at the very least for a decently sized one and not even a nice color. So dont hesitate on buying if you need it.

Had an issue with my luggage on a trip, but Merax customer service took care of me. Will buy from them again.

Used this for 2 return flights from LAX to London, with total packed weights of 48 pounds first time and 44 pounds on second - so within the max allowed. Though it coped well on the first one, second time around it had a big crack by the handle, as seen in the picture. where I now no longer have faith it will hold for another use. A shame as it is very light, and I love the one-side zipped close inside with coded zip lock. But I guess if it cannot stand up to the baggage loading/unloading process, it is pretty much useless. Probably better to spend more and get a thicker protective case.

I am not sure where to start or explain this... We travel from Maryland to Jamaica. We take many different items. I have transported things that I should have shipped via carrier, in this luggage. It arrived just fine. Now, with all things, do no be an idiot when you pack your bags. Do not over fill, do not put valuable heirloom plates, dishes.. in with a piece of cardboard. IT IS LUGGAGE! Think smart work smart...... not hard. do not blame the zipper, when you were cramming it tight. This stuff is good, what I put it through last trip, if it breaks, its on me. Thank you for the fine product.

When I received this item I was so excited to open it to use it. We actually ordered a 3 piece set and a single luggage. The look of it and the weight was amazing. It looks like I’ll be able to pack a lot more then normal luggage. I can’t wait to use it on my next trip.

I like this luggage overall it’s not bad quality it’s kinda heavy but also it’s a hard luggage so there will be some weight there but other than that would recommend buying

Used for a plane ride and cruise. Came home with a corner piece missing on the front. By the time I came home the time frame to return it had passed so aim stuck with a broken new suitcase
