This one feels a little heaftier than than the bulk ones you can get at Ace or Hobby Lobby. Connections are good.

We had several Ceiling Fan Chaney that needed extended. This was just a couple bucks more than what a single chain cost in big box store that only had connectors for one fan. Had to use wire cutters to cut lengths. Chain is very sturdy.
