Exactly what I was looking for. I paired it with a mini tripod. Sturdy and easily changes positions. I use this everyday for online conferences using my phone. Also great when watching movies.

Rock solid, not too tight like spring-based options. Love the rotatable ball head collar. Takes a bit to release though.

This mount is sooo much better then the Joby Grip Tight Pro 2 mount. The pro two mount is plastic and while it holds well each time you want to go from horizontal to vertical it requires loosening the gripers that hole the iPhone causing it to be dropped from time to time. the Arca Swiss Mount is mounted with a rotating ball and can easily be moved from horizontal to vertical with out loosening the camera clamp. Not only that but it is made of finally machined metal that will last a lifetime and its half the price of Joby!!!

The clamp seems far more secure than the spring-loaded variety. It has a wide range of adjustment and will clamp phones up to 3.5 with ease between the rubber pads. Its all metal and well made. The folding foot is well-engineered an provides a handy handle for holding your phone. Awesome product !

These IPhone tripod mounts are of very good quality and are quite attractive. There is no plastic anywhere on the product which make them far superior to all others I’ve viewed. They are adjustable in every possible way and are mountable to any tripod with a 1/4” screw which will accommodate every tripod I’ve ever used. They also have a stand that will allow it to hold your smartphone on any surface without the need for a tripod and with a bungee cord you could strap it to a tree branch, sign post or just about anything. I highly recommend this product and will likely buy more myself!
