As I previously wrote about the Metamucil caplets, I say again no substitute for the original. My wife likes the powder version vs the caplets. Good price.

love the flavor of this metamucil. goes great with vanilla protein shakes. but i really dont know if all that aspartame is healthy, so I switched to non sweetened type.

Ive found the grainier cheaper brands to be just as good.
