> 24 hourHave this mounted in a junction box near where my antenna coax enters the attic. Crimp connector for the ground wire was easy to use, even with just a pair of needle nose pliers at my disposal. Hope Ill never need to use this, but definitely feel a lot better just having it!

> 24 hourA little pricey but solidly built. Nice fit and finish. Hopefully it offer some protection to the radio gear. I still disconnect the antenna from the radio during storms as it is unlikely this would protect in the event of a direct lightning strike.

> 24 hourI hope the MFJ-270 never gets to be tested. I am placing two of these for each antenna. One at the base of the antenna and another at the back of the house. Hope to cut down on EFI along the coax. Trying to cut down on noise returning to the Ham Shack.

> 24 hourExcellent quality! My SWR actually dropped .5 when I added this with a suitable ground. Beware, many of the others have a 50 watt max! This is rated at 400 watts.
