This honestly is a game changer

The product is a good solution for a quick fix but be aware that it tags little plastics similar to the tags used in clothing stores for prices and due to the sharpness of the gun, will leave a hole in the garment.

I havent sewn much since I purchased this item and until I thought of a new use it had been more of an out-of-sight-out-of-mind victim than a useful tool. I find walking around the bed, up one side and down the other, over and over until the bed is finally made very tiring and often wished for an easy way to keep the various layers together. I thought the blanket pins purchased here were the answer but theyre difficult to get through layers, even with some sharpening, and they do poke holes in the sheets, so their use is limited to certain spots. I thought Micro Stitch might be the answer but the tacks arent long enough to fasten several layers. Where Micro Stitch has excelled is on the bottom-most layers. I was able to tack the fitted sheet to the mattress pad all the way around and the top sheet to the bottom sheet all the way across the bottom and partially up both sides. There is some straightening that has to be done in the morning but its far less now, and I find the tacks are easy enough to remove although there is a dedicated tool for the purpose if you dont mind paying the difference to purchase it from a source in Great Britain.

It is such a great tool. From hiding bra straps to keeping things in place to making low cut tops more modest. Love this tool and tell all my friends about it.

My Family and I use this for shirts or dresses showing a little too much. Its a quick pull of the trigger and problem solved.

I saw the reviews…but was so blindly hopeful bc I need something like this to exist and be good! A- like many reviews said, the needle broke SO easily. On fabric that was so not difficult that I was shocked it broke. B- the “stiches” are plastic shorter versions of clothing price tags. Maybe it said that somewhere and I missed it but I was disappointed that it was plastic, and wide/longer than I was expecting. Which means if you stitch in place of a missing button on a blouse- it will still separate somewhat and move around. Better than nothing sometimes (assuming the hun lasts more than a day…) but not what I thought it was. C- you can’t switch back and forth from the white to black “stitches” they give as it jams up. Which doesn’t work when you use as needed on outfits sporadically bc obviously you want to hide it as much as possible and have to choose color accordingly. Praying I’ll find something similar that actually is like singular hand stitching on the go! Don’t but this. I’d return it but return window closed while I was traveling over seas.

Im not exactly one who gushes about an inanimate object. That said, get ready for some lavish applauds for the Micro Stitch. I use this great gadget almost daily and have purchased 20+ over the years. I keep one in my closet, at work, in a travel bag, etc. Ive also given scads away as presents. Each time the response is similar - How did I live without this thing? The Micro Stitch uses small plastic grommets, which are miniatures of those used to attach sales tags to clothing. Once an item is stitched in place, it usually stays until you pop it off. That may be the same day or. if its a pair of jeans, after many years of washing and wearing. (And always with no signs it was ever there!) I have used it to...anchor comforters inside duvets, cover large dry-cleaner style rolling carts in a fabric, fashion Barbie dresses. cure blouse gap, keep bra straps in place, secure scarves here-and-there for that casual look, shorten/hem sleeves and pant legs, etc.,etc., etc. Have I bent needles or jammed a gun? Yes, but only after theyve been around for a few years and gone through some brutal usage. BTW: With some practice it is possible to do an inside-stitch that CAN NOT BE SEEN on the outside. This makes it GREAT for creating hems that have a well tailored look. Gushing will now cease. :-)
