I was skeptical how sturdy it would be once it’s puffed up from the airtight packaging. Amazed to see the foam holds its shape well despite my toddler constantly climb in and out of bed over it ( the mattress is on a padded floor so no safety issue). He hasn’t fell out of bed once after this is installed. Highly recommend

We just transitioned our almost 4 yr old to a full-sized bed and wanted to be sure she didnt fall off the side that isnt against the wall. I really didnt want the look of a rail, so I purchased this after reading reviews. When I opened the vacuum-sealed package I wondered how this was going to do anything to keep her from rolling. But it kept expanding, and I placed it under her sheet with ease. Once fully expanded, it is a great bumper to keep her from falling out of bed and is nice and soft. Very happy with this purchase.

Recently my baby (a seven-pound Maltese) fell off our bed. Fortunately, she was unhurt, but I decided that it was time to make sure this didnt happen again. This is the perfect solution. Its lightweight and easy to use. I know its supposed to go under the sheet, but I just put it on top, at the edge of the bed, because the little rubber thingies on the bottom are sticky enough that she cant push it off. During the day, I take it off the bed and store it in the closet. I imagine for a child, it should be used the recommended way, under the sheet. I think it gives my Bonbon a sense of security - she seems to be sleeping more soundly and not moving around as much. And Im sleeping better!

I actually bought this to keep my dog from falling off my bed lol! She likes to lie at the foot of the bed, and she kept falling off. I tuck this under my flat sheet and its kept her from falling off. She actually likes laying against it, and so do my cats. Happy campers all around!

This arrived in a vacuum sealed package and remained a useless pancake for a day until it finally started to fluff up. Since then it has been exactly what we needed. We are using this on the top bunk bed after my kids broke the safety rail off. We have it underneath the fitted sheet. We also have a compression sheet that keeps my son snug in the top bunk between this bumper and the wall. It works great!

This has worked great for our three year olds transition to her new bed. I’ve found her rolled up against it many times, buts it’s held her in bed well. One thing to consider is that it takes up more space in a twin bed that you might guess. If you like to read books in bed or cuddle, prepare to be smooshed!

I actually bought two of these, because the first one worked so great and I wanted a second one for our cabin. My son loves it, because he doesnt feel like he is being Boxed In by a railing. It comes rolled up in a very small package, but fluffs up nicely after being taken out of the package. I did not notice any offensive odor, and it has a nice, removable cover which you can wash if it gets soiled. This fits a toddler bed perfectly, but do realize that if you buy it for a twin-size bed there will be a gap at the head and foot of the bed, as it will not cover the entire length of the bed.

This is so much better than having the gate style, especially for thicker mattresses. I love that it’s so easy to change the sheets. My daughter loves it too. She has never fallen out of bed after using this and loves to use it as a pillow too.

I purchase this product for my father who has a tendency to roll off the bed. I was using a bed rail but it was difficult for him to get on and off the bed. The bed bumper made it much easier for him to get on and off the bed. He has not fallen off the bed since. One very important thing to know about the bed bumper is that it has to be on the mattress itself because it will slide if its sitting on a sheet, even if it is under a fitted sheet. I do have to adjust it periodically because he is an active sleeper and it will get out of alignment. I would highly recommend deep pocket fitted sheets so the bumper will remain in place better. Overall, Im very pleased with the product. It works exactly the way I expected it to.
