Confirmed this actually works with wired apple earpod headphones to let you use the mic and audio. They are my absolute favorite headphones due to how they fit in my ear. I have been looking for a solution to let me use the wired earpod headphones as well as their microphone capability on the ps4 and this finally solved my issue. If you use any kind of wired apple product on ps4 it will not let you use the microphone. This is a solution but the only drawback is you have to plug the usb into the system. It will require some sort of extension for comfortable use. For 8 bucks you cant beat it.

It just works. I cant say anything about the sound quality because I have it hooked up to terrible speakers, but it fixed the problem I was having with my horrible surface book 2 dock which would not output sound at a listenable volume. This fixed the problem and is almost indistinguishable from a normal 1/8 inch stereo extension cord. So yay!

Adapter Worked to adapt Razer gaming headset to a computer USB computer port saving me from having to pay for a new or at lest repair of the 3.5 mm audio socket om desktop.

Paired this with a KVM switch to hookup 4 computers to one common monitor, keyboard and set of USB ports. Used this on the USB port to share one set of speakers for the audio output of each computer. Worked for both Mac and PC.

Only just took delivery of this cable, but it appears to be a very well made item, and I look forward to using it.

Awesome Adapter High Quality. Bought a Set of Audio Headphone from Temu... but the Commander headphone would Not Play sound via my PC , Laptop thru the 3.5 mm jack plug . So was about to Call & Return IT. Was Surfing Amazon & the Connector Popped Up & thought to give it a Try. This MillSO arrived & I Immediate attached it to the Commander Headset , Plug it into the USB port & WOW... Sound came Thru Nice , Loud & Clear. AWESOME & Great Quality , Good Look. I Feel a Great Value & Solid construction.

Perfect fit for my dell laptop. It was kind of weird that dell didnt have one already built in but this cable is a life saver.

Used this to plug my Bose laptop speakers into a docking hub at work. Noticeable better sound than straight out of the laptop internal sound card, and plugging in ONE thing to run multiple monitors and speakers is convenient as my laptop is constantly in and out of office with me. If you need one, just buy it.

Output is fine. The mics noise floor is pretty high.
