Milwaukee 49-22-4105 Master Electricians Ice Hardened Hole Saw Kit 19 Piece

Comes with everything you need for just about any project. I used this to punch a ventilation hole for a power supply through the 1/8 steel belly of a Red Harbinger cross desk. Hard stuff. Not an easy cut. Required a Milwaukee cordless impact drill, some masking tape, and maximum effort, but the bit and blade cut flawlessly.

Was willing to pay more for high end tools and case. Case pictured is large with formed separations to firmly hold components. Case provided is small thin plastic. Pins that hold saws are cheap and flimsy. Small box that holds arbors doesnt keep them secure. Inside came apart during delivery, parts were delivered all jumbled together. Paint was already scratched off all over. Would be a rusty mess after any exposure to water. Quality of saws is a joke - you can see the poorly welded seams. No way that will cut a clean consistant hole. Hard to believe these are name-brand made in usa tools, looks worse than no-name hardware store crap. NOT worth $200. Sending it back. For that level of quality I can get a hardware store kit for less than a quarter the price. DO NOT BUY.

This is a good kit with a good case. Lots of sizes all in one case. Seem to stay sharp after some moderate use. The quick change is ok although I prefer what Bosch offers as its quicker. I bought this for the number of sizes that fit into the case and the positive latches and heavy duty hinge they used. When you carry a hole saw kit into somebodies house the last thing you want is it spilling open and bouncing on a customers hardwood floor. This happened to me with the previous saw kit with a really cheap case. My only complaint is I wish they made the plug easier to remove.

Why the heck is there not a 1 holesaw in this kit? Only thing wrong with this item.

Cuts well stays sharp

So far, Ive used these saws to cut holes in plastic, drywall, and red oak. Minding speed for material being cut, the results have always been outstanding. Ive had opportunity to chuck the saws in both a 18V cordless drill and a 16.5 drill press with no problems. This kit provides a great range of sizes and these guys stay sharp! Very nice case set up wisely which conserves room yet still makes each of the saws easily accessible. To sum it up, this Made in the U.S.A. kit is a great deal for the money and I, personally, would buy it again in a heartbeat!
