Like new and arrived faster than expected

Under no circumstances should you buy this garbage for your kid, unless you want to bang your own head against a concrete wall. Let me explain. Most of the features are locked and you need a microsoft account to login to, to access them. That means you need to create an email for your child that otherwise, doesnt need one. Then you have to create a microsoft account with that email address, and microsoft wants all their information, which I was uncomfortable with, but I figured, whats the harm? But your kid is just a kid and needs a parents permission to accesss the online features. So now you need to create a microsoft account, and a family group, and include your kid, then give them permission. Pain in the butt. But you get it done. Now you need to link the account to the game. This involves loading it on the switch, getting a code, then putting into a computer or cell phone then logging in with your microsoft account, or your kids, who knows? figure it out. Sound complicated? it is. Once you get that all sorted out, youre good right? no. This thing intermittently stops working and youll be on google and youtube trying to troubleshoot it. This is the third time this happened to my kid. I spend an hour changing passwords with him today and got him logged into minecraft. An hour later, he cant load the servers, and microsoft is supposed to send me or him an email to reset his password again, but no email came. So if you want a crying 7 year old, maybe this is for you. All this for a game?
