These are nice enough zip lock style bags but they are NOT 4 mil thickness. They are 2 mil and the seller combines each 2 mil side of the bag to arrive at the number 4, also accompanied by a caliper measure. Other manufacturers/sellers advertise the thickness of just one wall which is correct.

I use these small bags for so many things-coin separation and identification, buttons, jewelry making supplies! You name a very small item and the see through bags are fantastic.

I love the price and the size. They work perfectly for the glitter and rock. Thru gold up well. I do get a few complaints regarding the second time you open it . It is harder to get the seal to close.
