> 24 hourThe plugs are easy to install once you download their app and once the app is downloaded you can connect it to Alexa. Once the set up is done all you need to do is plug it to the wall and voila! I used two of these plugs so far, one for my sons lamp and one for my electric car outlet. The electric cars outlet is working just as before without any issues. The plugs have a power button on them where you can turn it off manually or you can use the app or ask Alexa to turn it off. This is very convenient as I can tell Alexa to turn off my sons lamp at bed time. Overall the plugs are great and easy to install.

> 24 hourThese smart plugs are AMAZING for Christmas light decorations. They plug into a standard plug, connect via an app to your phone then you can control the on & off with your phone. You can set a timer also for the outlet to be turn on/off at specific times. These worked great for our Christmas lights this year. I set one up outside and one inside both attached to power strips and was able to set my lights to go on/off automatically instead of having to go around plugging/unplugging them all. They are not rated for outdoor use and I do not suggest them for that. I had it plugged into a well covered outlet and ran an extension cord/power strip from it out side so no weather got to the plug itself. They work great - no discernible loss of power or wavering or heating up. Super easy way to get a smart home set up going.

> 24 hourThese smart plugs work great, just like the other I have. No problems with any of them. Smart plugs are big, require you to install and app and, if you want them to be voice controled with Alexa or other assistant, youll need to install the password to give it access. Thats simply how any smart plug works.

> 24 hourThese smart plugs are OK. Setup was very easy. However, one of the plugs I received didnt actually work. It connected but did not turn off the device when instructed to do so. (just a desk lamp). I connected another plug from the box instead and it worked fine. Not a big deal for me, since I only needed two of the four.

> 24 hourYes their app sees the devices but nothing else does even Alexa... Took almost 3 hours to even get their app connected then seemed pointless since nothing else will see the device even 3rd party apps I use to connect my 6 year old wifi bulbs to my echo...

> 24 hourEasy to setup, just download an app and Google easily recognized it. I tried it on a fan and it works! Will be great for multiple uses around the house, so anything can be easily controlled by phone. Only con I find is its bulkiness so it cant be used in hidden outlets close to furniture, plug has to have room to plug in.

> 24 hourWe got this plug for Alexa and found that it does not have a brand name that is recognizable by WIFI without putting in all the required information. This does not work well and we do not recommend it for your use.

> 24 hourThese smart plugs surprised me, they are really easy to setup. They have something new, just plug it, open the app and the app will find them immediately! great innovation. Good quality and size is right, not too big or bulky to block other sockets. Best price I found, great buy, recommended.
