MIRACOL Hydration Backpack with 2L Water Bladder, Insulated Water Backpack Perfect Pack for Running, Hiking, Cycling, Camping

after using for few months, the mouth piece is coming loose and It wont cover the tube tightly, and the bladder is really hard to empty out the liquid, hard to clean and dry, not sure if Im missing something. the bag created lots of heat while hiking so I have to wear it on one side and rotate from one side of shoulder to another.

So far this has been an excellent purchase.

This is great hydration backpack even though its bit smaller than I thought it would be but it still fits everything I want for hike trip and some.

Using it for the first time, the bag already had a leak in the bottom. Its a Chinese made low quality piece of garbage. Find another brand to buy, dont waste your money on this.

Very happy with it. Very comfortable with lots of adjustability. Only complaint is having a hard time getting rid of the bladder taste.

Pro-Kept my water very cool inside the bag, the tube itself got the water warm even with it covered. Loved the brush that came with, helped to wash it when I first got it to get the new smell/taste out. Love the storage. It can store a lot and still be light/compact. Plus the color was fun! Con-The cap didnt want to stay covered, and I was out on a mountain and took a few falls, so it got muddy. The bag itself wasnt that water proof. I had my passport inside the zipped compartment inside the zipped big pocket and it got wet. It was raining though. Being a bigger chested lady, I could not use the top clasp around my bust, but was able to use the one around my waist.

I bought 4 bags with different colors 3 were good, But One Started Leaking after two uses near the lid and i tired to reach MiraCol thru website but no one has even responded. Over all Satisfied with the product but lets see what customer care does. I will keep everyone posted. Update : The Seller has been Amazing with their communication and process, They have refunded the amount. I like I said before, I love these and would Recommend and buy them again.
