Easy to install an my African Grey she loves it!! She is a happy parrot.

***UpDate*** the power cord started cracking at the plug & exposed the wires. It stopped working so I had to buy a new cord. So it only worked for about 2 months. (Pictures added). As you can see from the pix my Parrotlet loves to show off underneath this light. It barley gets warm so there is no issue with him hanging from it or pecking at it. His cage size is H30 x L32 x D21. I was concerned about a red wire exposed at the end of it so I wrote to the seller, they got right back to me & assured me that it is normal & OK. Im very satisfied & highly recommend!

The need of the timer was not explained properly. The mounting brackets do not fit all cage types, I had to use other types of affixing the light to my cage. Im happy with the light but more options for mounting needs to be offered.

The M&M light that I received came with the adapter. I plugged it into a timer plug that I can control on my phone. The light is pretty bright, 18” fit my large daytime cage perfectly. It’s a very well thought out product which even came with smooth metal zip ties. I appreciate that it’s a led light and one that I can feel safe having around my Marley.

Our vet recommended a cage light for our green cheek. This looks nice and tidy on the cage, seems to work great, and is definitely bite/chew proof (shes tried destruction of he light, but to no avail).

easy set up great product

We bought this for our Noble Macaw. His cage is in front of a window most of the day, but the high E windows block most all the natural UVA and UVB. Since purchasing this light, our bird seems more content and enjoys relaxing under the light when on. It doesnt get hot to the touch, so when he is on top of his cage it doesnt bother him to walk across it. The cord is well shielded, but I wouldnt let any bird chew on it! We really like this product, and the ordering and shipping were flawless.

I like the like being full spectrum for the birds..felt it was a bit pricey... but it is a great product and u get what u pay for
