Easy to replace

I was able to replace to part easy enough but now it will only charge if the tablet is turned off, it takes hours to get a decent charge and it doesnt hold a charge very well anymore but overall I am able to use my tablet again.

My Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1 had been dead for several years with a bad connector as I was afraid of an expensive repair. Oh boy...was this simple and inexpensive. Followed one of several DIY videos in YouTube and it is back to life.

I have ordered this part in the past when I had a problem with my Samsung tablet not powering up. The last time I replaced it, the tablet worked fine for two more years. This time, however, replacing the charging port did nothing to fix my dead tablet (I think its time for a new one). For the money, if you are experiencing a problem with your tablet not charging, this is a cheap alternative to taking it to a shop and paying through the nose to have someone else fix it for you. You just need to have lots of patience and be handy with tools. Really small tools.

I bought this because the charging port on my Tab 3 was not working. Now it charges well and the home key works but the microphone does not work at all. Any suggestions?

Works great even a year later

Worked perfectly.......I ordered this for my Tab3 looked up some Youtube video on how to install it and my Tab was up and charging. I did not get any problems.
