This is a great knife for slicing tomatoes and other fruits and vegetables. Cutco makes superior products. This is the second knife we have purchased from Cutco. The first is twenty years old and still cuts like new. Don’t let the price discourage you. These knives last forever.

I bought this at Costco for a significantly lower price. Best knife we ever owned. They call this a cheese knife but we use it for all veggies. This is versatile, feels great to hold and looks beautiful. Great product but shop around.
