Moen YB5103BN Voss Collection Double Robe Hook, 6.30 x 3.66 x 3.03 inches, Nickel

I ordered this, and installed it in my new bathroom, with a number of other Moen Voss items. This was easy to install, using two (included) screws, on a backing plate. It holds a very heavy terrycloth bathrobe, and a towel without any issue. I have two of these in my new bathroom. They have held up for a couple of months now, with daily use.

Received two of these and on opening package I noticed the fixing hardware in one was in a sealed bag while the second one was in a small ziplock they looked Identical. Didnt think anything of it until installing. One mounted just fine while the second anchor broke or stripped in the wall and wont tighten. No problem I thought the second one should hold most of the weight anyways.. Nope that stripped/broke as well!! so now I have two anchors I have to pull out of the dry wall somehow, Assuming Ill have to cut them out and then pay some one to repair drywall and Paint.. Dont waste your time on this product. Also the finish is not the same as a oil-rubbed bronze its more of a speckle finish.

I support the dictum that Form should follow Function. This item adheres to that guideline. There is not an extraneous curve or bulge in it. It makes all the fancy expensive period stuff look sick.

Expensive for hooks but very nice looking and well made

High quality. Classy piece of hardware. I really think Moen makes some of the best hardware. Nicely hidden screws and the mounting allows for minor adjustments so you dont have to be exactly on when you drill your mounting holes. They have a whole matching set which is nice as well.
