Sent this beautiful mirror to my mother for Mothers Day and when it was opened the lock was crooked and the spring was shifted.. What a disappointment for a Mothers Day gift..

Comes in a nice box for gifting. Mirror was additionally protected by a layer of bubble wrap. That is why I was surprised that the rose gold look stainless steel exterior appeared smudged on removing from the bubble wrap. “Smudges” we’re not easily polished/removed with a tissue. The mirrors themselves are of good quality. The hinge does not appear to be particularly sturdy. The message is sweet, and Im sure any mom would be thrilled to receive this. I will gift to my mom as a supplement to a skincare gift for Mothers Day. Overall, a bit disappointed in the finish of the case. Recommended with reservations.

The item is very nice love the two different mirrors. The only thing wrong there is some scuffs marks on it that wont come off. But too close to Christmas to send it back and get another one in time.
