This is a very sturdy baby gate we installed at the top of a staircase to protect our year-old granddaughter who was visiting for Christmas. The gate latch was very easy to open so adults to pass through, but very effective at keeping the baby out. We used the pressure mounting (and its very secure), but it also came with hardware to fix it to the walls. And the black finish was very attractive in our home.

I purchased this baby gate for my 7 lb. miniature poodle! Shes quite the escape artist at such a tiny size! She can get up and over most every other type of kiddie gate because they either had horizontal or diagonal parts that she could use for leverage! This kiddie gate works because all of the pieces are vertical! She has tried to hurdle this 32 high kiddie gate, but cant make it! I would recommend it for children or dogs! It is well made, heavy duty and stable.

Super easy to install. I use the wall nanny’s is I never drill holes in my walls. The door can remain open if needed and I love that it auto shuts so I don’t need to close it behind me. Definitely recommend! Good quality and best gate we’ve ever had. It’s sturdy as well.

Might be ok for a smaller opening. Did not work on a wide stairway. The bolts that are supposed to use pressure to stay in place moved freely in the holes.

Easy to put up. Easy to open and auto closes or will stay open at 90 degrees. Opens in either direction. Been very very happy with this purchase.

Simple enough to install, but when extended to the end not very sturdy.
